WHY OH WHY DID I MISS HIS CONCERT?
Why He’s Hot:
- He’s in a band called Phoenix, and he’s a very talented singer. His pitch on and off the record is VERY similar, you might even think that he’s lip-syncing. Take a look at their acoustic set here and music video here.
- You CAN NOT deny his accent. Through his singing, you would think that his accent is American, but guess what? He has a really thick french accent, and that makes him a lot hotter when he’s speaking in English.
- His name is ‘universally hot’. I mean come on, Thomas Mars, doesn’t that just explain ‘hotness’ right at you?
- He dresses so simple yet he looks really good in them, and it seems like he has a really good sense of style.
- Messy hair is definitely a turn on. When he sings, he likes to rub his hair and makes it all messy. it’s so hot every time he does it.

kalian apa kabar di Januari ini? masih cengar-cengir habis jalan-jalan, deg-deg luar biasa karena kecengan baru, foto-foto aura liburan baru diupload, ATM masih rada penuh (awal bulan), dan.. semangat buat ngelakuin hal-hal terbaik di 2010!
awal tahun dong. katanya, new year is a year to start old habit :-) resolusi berputar bak hamster di roda kandang. itu-ituuu aja dari tahun ke tahun. sama seperti mau pilpres, itu-ituuu aja.
ok, resolusi kalian apa? i know, the word resolusi sounds so basi. tapi di akhir taun pasti terbersit janji-janji di hati untuk jadi super di tahun depan.
sedikit sharing, this is mine:
- bisa nyetir is a must! mana ada public transportation di bali? paling rute-rute kecil aja. kalo yang mainly, masa mau numpang shuttle bus hotel?
- nyetir di bali means bawa motor. ini kasta pertama disini, tua muda, laki perempuan, lokal bule, semua berkendaraan motor. lagipula, metode liburan terefektif disini ya dengan motor. wong, nggak ada polusi.
- nyetir di keluarga saya means bawa mobil. my mom insists me to (learn how to) drive. jadi bulan ini saya mulai les nyetir mobil. jangan ngejek deh.. so what if i’m 26 and still couldn’t drive? ini gara-gara kata orang “lu bawa badan aja nabrak, apalagi bawa mobil.”
- do yogaaaaaa…
- starts my own project of makin money from home. WAHM. working at home mom is a every woman dream job.
- take more and more pictures! make the best of every moment. anyone care to lend me your DSLR? i’m thinkin EOS 50 D. lol
- bike to.. everywhere! oooh.. the breezeeee….
- jog at the beach. tapi belum-belum juga. (oh, please deh.. semua orang juga kepikirannya ini, tapi berapa % yang bener-bener ngelakuin constantly?)
- COOK! kata chef Gusteau di Ratatouille, everyone can cook. well i said, everyone can google.
- ngebenerin sholat dari 3 waktu, 4 waktu jadi bener-bener 5 waktu. yes, termasuk subuh. bismillah.
and that’s it! the perfect 10. ok, sebenernya masih banyak lagi. seperti memperbaiki rekor bolos dari toko buku (this is pathetic, kapan coba terakhir saya beli buku?), tumblr baru ttg happy places, gak absen updating blog, dan yang standar-standar kaya hidup lebih sehat, makan sayur, olahraga, turun berat badan, nabung, ah banyak.
but in the mean time, let’s just stick to the list :-)

ok, let’s count: me, my mom, my aunt, my mom in law, my sister in law, my girlfriends, my girlfriend’s moms, my girlfriends aunties…. WTH?! oh moms, we are so fucked up.
taken from the 2nd ending song of Gundam Seed, this is River. Yes, a very lovely song. Very emotional. That’s another thing about this series, apart from the good story, the music add a lot more emotions.
If you haven’t watch it, the plot follows Kira Yamato’s involvement in the war between Naturals, and Coordinators; humans who are genetically modified before birth to possess enhanced traits. The series spans fifty episodes, and instead of focusing on the robot action (Revenge of the Fallen anyone?) the show focused more on the characters, which made the story so good. And yeah, do google if you want to know more about SEED.
One more thing, please beware that this series was rated PG (mild violence, some adult themes), just because this is an animation doesn’t mean it is suitable for all ages. KIDS, I mean.
